3-day film festival on environmental issues (September 24-26, 2018)
The 4th semester BMMMC students of our department attended 3-day film festival on ‘Conservation of water with special focus on climate change’ organized by Educational Multimedia Research Centre (EMMRC) Kashmir University on September 24-26, 2018. Media Festival at GDC Baramulla (September 15, 2018)
Our students attended day-long Media Festival at Govt Degree College Baramulla on September 15, 2018. The event was marked by meaningful interaction between students from journalism departments of different institutions. Field Trip to Bootapathri (September 11, 2018)
The department organized one-day field trip to Bootapathri (Gulmarg) on September 11, 2018. The students captured different facets of the unexplored tourist destination. 3-day workshop on Cinematography (September 4-6, 2018)
The department conducted a 3-day workshop on Cinematography from September 4 to 6, 2018. Noted cinematographer and editor, Mohammad Younis Zargar was the resource person for the workshop. He dealt with the basic concepts of cinematography including importance of composition and lighting.
