Kashmiri youth emotionally surcharged, need parental touch: Sharma
When the former Director of the Intelligence Bureau, Dineshwar Sharma was appointed as the interlocutor for Jammu and Kashmir in October 2017, it evoked mixed reaction from the civil society.
